Poland extends temporary protection to Ukrainian asylum seekers

The Office of the President of Poland has signed the relevant law, extending temporary protection for Ukrainian asylum seekers in Poland until June 30, 2024.

The Law applies to Ukrainians who arrived in the country between February 24, 2022, and March 4, 2024.

The law was adopted by the EU Council’s decision to extend temporary protection for Ukrainian asylum seekers until March 4, 2025.
