The government has approved a decree that authorizes the redistribution of budgetary expenditures allocated to the Recovery Agency in 2024.

The Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine submitted the draft of this act to the Government for review.

The document suggests moving money from other programs to 3111600 for building roads on the border between Ukraine and Poland.

The funds will be utilized to finance an investment project for the construction, reconstruction, and overhaul of highways in the western region, to further connect them with the highways of the Republic of Poland.

The Polish government financed the project.

The government’s decision ensures the timely payment of invoices under contracts with the Polish company Drog-Bud, by the terms of the agreement between the Ukrainian and Polish governments on the provision of a loan on the terms of related assistance. This was dated September. 9, 2015.

This allows us to complete the overhaul of the T-14-04 Chervonohrad – Rava-Ruska road section, km 3+137 – km 56+307 (Lviv region) in 2024.

It should be noted that the implementation of this Ukrainian-Polish agreement was the subject of discussions within the framework of the Ukrainian-Polish Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, co-chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
