Опубліковано 3 June 2024 року, о 10:00

On Thursday, 6 June, the sixteenth selection of candidates for a loan under the Housing for Internally Displaced Person program will take place.

The selection process will identify 600 IDP families who will be able to buy housing at the lowest interest rate in Ukraine of 3% per annum. Loans will be granted for up to 30 years with a down payment of 6% of the cost of the property.

The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Agency for Youth and Sports with the financial support of the German Government, which is providing funding through the KfW.

The event will be broadcast live on the Foundation’s YouTube channel at 13:00. The winners will be chosen at random.

The Ministry of Reintegration, the State Youth Housing Agency, and the Implementation Consultant will oversee the selection process.

Full details of how to apply can be found here.

Please note that applications for inclusion in the register will be suspended on the day of the selection and will resume the following day.

669 families of internally displaced persons have already received loans and bought their own homes.

“We are grateful to our German partners for this project, which allows our displaced people to buy housing at affordable prices. We will do everything we can to expand the project and help more war-affected citizens,” said Iryna Vereshchuk, Vice Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
