On May 7, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 562 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Information System of the List of Territories in which Military Operations are (were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation”.

The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, developed an information system for the list of territories where military operations are being (or were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.

In order to fulfill the instruction of the Prime Minister of Ukraine to improve the software of the information system of the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation and the corresponding dashboard, as well as to work out the algorithm for entering relevant data into the information system by users, a joint online meeting was held with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, the Ministry of Social Policy, during which a joint online meeting was held with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, and the Ministry of Social Policy to discuss the results of the work done.


On January 26, 2022, the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Persons in Respect of Whom the Deprivation of Personal Liberty as a Result of Armed Aggression against Ukraine and Members of Their Families” was adopted and entered into force on November 19, 2022.

In accordance with paragraph 10 of the Action Plan for 2023 for the transfer of public services to electronic form, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on December 23, 2022, No. 1191-p, the possibility of submitting an application in electronic form will be implemented this year. Currently, the platform for submitting an electronic application and entering data into the Unified Register of Persons in respect of whom the deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine has been established is being agreed upon.


As part of the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language for 2022-2032, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed on 27.07.2022 between the Ministry of Reintegration, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Vernadsky Taurida National University and the International Charitable Organization “Eastern Europe Foundation”. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Reintegration, the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program implemented by the ICA “Eastern Europe Foundation” and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Under this Memorandum, the National Corpus of the Crimean Tatar Language (hereinafter referred to as the NCCTL) will be created. This is an online platform that will serve as an open library of educational and scientific materials in the Crimean Tatar language.

The NCCTL is an exceptional and organized language corpus of Crimean Tatar texts of various genres with a wide range of word searches by various parameters.

The NCCTL is intended to become a powerful tool for students, scholars, researchers, practitioners and other interested parties who wish to learn the Crimean Tatar language.

The collection of printed and online sources in the Crimean Tatar language for the National Corpus has been going on for three months.
