The Ministry of Reintegration continues to receive information that residents of Kherson are crowding near banks, humanitarian aid distribution points, and supermarkets, putting themselves at risk.

We are calling on the local authorities to immediately ensure regular distribution of aid to the residents of Kherson and Kherson region, taking into account security requirements and to prevent crowds in the streets.

It is the responsibility of local authorities to organize work to ensure the safety and assistance of the population: adequate information about the hours of reception of humanitarian or financial aid distribution points, organization of transportation for people with limited mobility or pensioners, work to ensure danger alerts, etc.

It is important for military administrations to take all necessary measures to inform the population in order to keep local residents safe.

The Ministry of Reintegration also once again appeals to the residents of the frontline areas and Kherson region in particular. Remember that your safety is above all! Everyone will receive proper assistance. Do not put yourself at risk. Do not neglect basic safety rules!
